Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience using QuickBooks.

  • Must have some experience in truck dispatching and/or trucking logisttics.

Responsibilities

  • ​You will be responsible for processing incoming payments, issuing of necessary paperwork, identifying errors or inconsistencies with payments or paperwork, and managing incoming payments and account statuses.

  • Must be able to dispatch truck drivers which includes ensuring that truck drivers have cargo to carry and can make their appointed pick-ups and deliveries on time.

  • You will have to manage paperwork to and from the drivers and the customers.

  • Must be able to multitask and communicate well.

Full Time & Part Time Truck Dispatcher

FT: Mon - Fri

PT: Sat - Sun

Requirements

  • Must have some experience in truck dispatching and/or trucking logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Main responsibility is dispatching truck drivers which includes ensuring that truck drivers have cargo to carry and can make their appointed pick-ups and deliveries on time.

  • You will spend part of the day negotiating the best rates with vendors, the most cost-effective delivery options with customers and the most efficient routes with drivers, all while answering phones when assistance is needed from customers or driver.

  • Must be able to multitask and communicate well.

  • There will also be an administrative role which requires filing the appropriate paperwork, monitoring driver progress, processing orders and managing driver and customers concerns.

Sales Representative (Trucking and/or Logistics)

Mon - Fri

Requirements

  • Must have some relevant experience in sales

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to provide rate quotes to clients for services that creates a 25% profit.

  • You must enthusiastically elicit new client opportunities through phone calls, emails or in-person meetings.

  • Consulting monthly with current customer base on their satisfactions and dissatisfaction and developing ways to continue assisting them with our services.

  • It is imperative that you communicate respectfully, politely and professionally with customers at all times.

  • Must have the ability to be persuasive, tentative and build strong relations with current and potential clients.
